Hans Breukhoven

Hans Breukhoven (1966) started his career in IT in the Defense industry. Having progressed through various professional roles and management positions, he became sector manager in the Royal Netherlands Army. As sector manager, he was responsible for the overall IT process improvement initiative implementing bottom-line performance in all embedded software projects in the Dutch Army. At Quint Wellington Redwood, Hans was responsible as Managing Director for  one of Quint’s business units, focusing specifically on turn key consultancy projects. During his career, Hans successfully completed numerous international consulting and interim-management engagements, leading to sustainable improvements in the client organization. After completing of his Rochester-Nyenrode Executive MBA, Hans started his own consultancy practice. Both as IT executive in software development & data centres and as management coach, he served several national and international companies. Hans has been a partner in BlinkLane Consulting since 2010, focusing on Information & Demand Management, Business Case Management and Performance Improvement.

Ralph Hofman

Ralph Hofman (1968) has worked on the organization of IT since 1995. He specializes in IT strategy, software development, outsourcing and offshoring and has a good reputation among large organizations and complex projects in these specific areas.

Ralph holds a master degree in Computer Science of the University of Twente. He was Manager of Methods & Tools and held other positions in the ING Group in the Netherlands. As Manager of Methods & Tools he was responsible for improving and maintaining all internal processes within ING Bank ICT. Ralph then moved to Select Business Solutions as Manager of Services Benelux, and led various international consultancy projects oriented to improving software development for large organizations. Ralph was a principal consultant at Quint Wellington Redwood and Country Manager for the Netherlands. Ralph is a partner in BlinkLane, and his main focus is on IT strategy, business agility and strategic sourcing.

Han Driessen

Han Driessen (1968) studied philosophy at the Free University of Amsterdam and holds a MBA degree from TIAS Business School. His career started at an IT service provider, where he progressed through various disciplines and acquired knowledge of best practices in IT management and organization. After supplementary studies and educational programmes on marketing and sales, he became strategic account director at GartnerGroup, where he had worldwide responsibility for several major strategic customers in the financial sector. After moving to Quint Wellington Redwood, Han was ultimately responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Quint’s home market, the Benelux. The focus of his work at Quint moved progressively towards the financial sector and combined commercial responsibility with technical consultancy in the market. He has advised many major national and international companies on IT and organization.

Han has been a partner at BlinkLane Consulting since 2007 and specializes on strategy, sourcing and shared services.

Marcel Blommestijn

Marcel Blommestijn (1964) studied management science at the University of Amsterdam, and he gained his MBA at TIAS Business School. He has executed development projects for various companies, including Ahold and ING Bank. Since 1999 he has been a principal consultant on IT management level on ICT strategy and ICT/BPO sourcing. Marcel has assisted many companies in recent years on defining a sourcing strategy, supervising selection processes, executing transitions and setting up the demand-supply organization. Until late 2006, Marcel was chairman of the HR working group of Platform Outsourcing Nederland, and is much in demand as a speaker on subjects such as HR sourcing and ICT strategy. He has published many articles in his specialist field, in which he also regularly conducts research. Marcel is a partner in BlinkLane consulting and is responsible for the Sourcing Excellence Practice.

Tom Verdaat

Tom Verdaat (1982) attended The Hague University for a Business Information Technology study and the Master of Science in Management program at Nyenrode Business University. He started his professional career as consultant at Kirkman Company, a consultancy firm that specializes in Strategic Sourcing. Tom has executed multiple projects in different industries involving sourcing strategy and decision-making, outsourcing, offshoring, outsourcing governance and management, restructuring and change management. In 2008 he joined BlinkLane Consulting, where he focuses on IT strategy, sourcing and governance challenges.

 

 

Michaël Maurer

Michaël Maurer (1979) holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management from the Hogeschool InHolland and a Masters degree Business Administration attained at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He has gained experience in several business fields and industries. He started his career in IT at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as a functional consultant. Subsequently he has worked at Getronics Consulting in various projects and roles. These include sales process analysis, outsourcing transformation, telecom expense management, data integrity and process standardization.

In 2011 Michaël joined BlinkLane Consulting as a business consultant, and he focuses on information management and sourcing projects. In the field of information management he also provides training and management workshops.

Willy van der Wind

Willy van der Wind (1970) is an all round advisor. For more than 16 years she is helping organizations to successfully implement complex changes. As well in IT as non-IT environments Willy focuses on lasting results by combining content and behaviour. Willy conducts programs on leadership, teambuilding, coaching, management consulting and cummunication skills.She is experienced in group processes, coaching of management teams and dealing with the essence of organizational change. She is an expert in getting individuals and groups of people into motion, getting a breakthrough in dysfunctional processes and conflicts as a mediator.

Since 2009, Willy works for Blinklane as an associated consultant.

Willem Tibosch

Willem Tibosch (1978) holds a bachelor degree in business administration and has worked for an international accounting firm in the field of IT and process auditing. He has a wide range of experience in different types of audit assignments within several industries. These assignments are related to risk management, process and IT control audits, preparing companies for ISAE3402 (formerly SAS70) audits, IT governance and quality assurance reviews. He also has an Executive Master degree in IT auditing and is currently finalizing his Masters degree in Philosophy of Management & Organization.

At BlinkLane Willem focuses on assignments with respect to organizational control (risk management, management control and internal control) in relation to efficiency en effectiveness of IT.

Paul Spanjaard

Paul Spanjaard (1953) studied economics at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. After a career with Ahold (retail) where he worked as a controller and subsequently as a manager of application development in the IT-department, Paul started specializing in matters of organizational change. Collaboration is a central theme for Paul. He helped organizations in setting up outsourcing and shared services, helped teams to improve working together and managing conflicts. In his work Paul integrates ideas originating from philosophy, psychology and organizational sciences, which makes him a passionate manager of change.
