Abram Janse

Abram Janse (1984) is a trainer at Gladwell Academy. He supports the development of social innovation and specializes in interactive agile and change management training. Here he makes use of serious gaming, gamification and online learning platforms for a playful and fun transfer of knowledge and skills. The main purpose of Abram is to reduce complexity within organizations to human (inter)actions and to strengthen them. He has extensive experience as a consultant and trainer for clients in business and social initiatives. Abram is a certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC4.0) and thus qualified to teach and examine SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP), SAFe PM/PO (SPMPO), and SAFe ScrumMaster (SM). Abram is also qualified for Agile Scrum Foundation training and exam (Exin) Professional Product Owner (PSPO1), Scrum Master (PSM) of Scrum.org, Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner, Agile (Peoplecert) and AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner (APMG). “Turn your training into play, but always play seriously” (Bruce Lee).
