The BlinkLane Traineeship offers a unique one-year transformation consulting traineeship program for ambitious starters. From day one, you will not just join the BlinkLane team on challenging consultancy assignments but also follow an extensive training program.
What you will be doing as a trainee.
You will be working in a young, dynamic, fast-growing international consulting company, where you:
- Play a key role in large scale organizational transformations in leading organizations
- Get the opportunity to accelerate learning, in various sectors and multiple disciplines
- Work closely together with partners and consultants
- Have a direct impact on our organization and its (international) future
This is what you can expect of the traineeship program.
At BlinkLane, the development of our people is reflected in all we do. In short, we call this "LiFT”. The traineeship is an ideal example of how to develop yourself and additionally, how to LiFT the organization. Within the program, your development will be focused on two perspectives:
1) Content perspective
This refers to the content of your work as a consultant; gaining knowledge and experience as a transformation consultant and following training courses in a specific subject of expertise. Relevant subjects are for example: Scaling Agile, Innovation Management, Product Management, Computer Science, Organizational change, Leadership and Consultancy skills.
2) Personal perspective
To be able to develop and grow as a person, you need to get to know yourself. The traineeship challenges you in being active and conscious with personal reflection and developing self-knowledge and insights to work on what is important to you. This directly contributes to your personal development and indirectly to the development and growth of the organization. With the support of a mentor and coach you are stimulated to work on your personal development goals.
The exact content of the program will be tailored to the work you are doing at the client. Two Fridays per month you have a training day with your fellow Trainees. After successful completion of the traineeship, you will be offered a consultant position at BlinkLane.
