In addition to the article The struggles of team self-organization we have visualised the journey into an easy-to-use hand-out for quick tips for facilitation. The tips for support have been plotted on the various stages of team development (Tuckman, 1965).
The hand-out can be used by anyone closely related to teams that have embarked onto the journey towards self-organisation.
