Francesco Corda

Francesco holds a MSc in Management of Innovation and Technology at Bocconi University. He has passionately helped large organizations to shape their Agile Transformations in the financial services, resources and telecommunication industry as Agile Coach and Transformation Consultant. He has experience in serving teams, programs and senior stakeholders promoting Agile Ways of Working, Innovation and Organisational Change as advisor, coach and trainer.

Francesco combines his deep knowledge of Agile values and principles with a critical and result-driven mindset that help him find tailored solutions to complex organisational challenges. He believes that people are at the centre of organisational change and the most effective way for him to bring impact is through servant leadership and collaboration towards a common goal.
