As a consultant at BlinkLane, Lisette Klein (1993) aims to make organizations future proof. Having combined her studies of Communication Science with Business Administration allows her to give advice from a multidisciplinary perspective. As an energetic consultant with a hands-on mentality, she is a dedicated team member and is able to motivate people around her. Lisette has a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. She adds value by thinking creatively and strives to exceed expectations. She developed extensive knowledge on strategy and stakeholder management after having worked in different industries and companies.

Lisette is fueled by a broad curiosity and likes to emphasize the importance of building and maintaining valuable relationships with colleagues as well as with clients. In her spare time, she enjoys salsa dancing, traveling to foreign countries and sailing.
