Marcella Richard is a Senior transformation Consultant. She has 8+ years of experience in consulting in large scale organizational transformations for commercial and non-profit organizations in the fields of aviation, mobility, banking & insurance and renewables across Europe. Her focus lies in creating enterprise solutions so that organizations maximize their added value, more so than maximizing their numbers. Her expertise lies in the design of Target Operating Models, identifying Value Streams and setting up systems for lean portfolio management. Marcella has been a certified SPC for 6+ years and has extensive knowledge and experience with implementing agile methodologies at scale. Marcella enjoys actively involving stakeholders and navigates easily between c-level, executives and teams. ​
