Philippine is a consultant at BlinkLane Consulting. She started to develop her consulting capabilities with her academic background in Business Administration and International Management. She is a strategic thinker and has strong stakeholder management capabilities which she acquired through her role as project lead as president of an association who raises awareness about mental health. After her studies, her capabilities continue to develop through the experience that she gained at Danone and ING as HR professional. She developed how to successfully manage change when being involved with transformation including how to take care of talent.
The developed capabilities enable Philippine to make transformations a success. Her people-oriented approach, project management skills and ability to easily make strong connection, are her strongest asset. Combined with her personality, the happy egg (in Dutch ‘blij ei’), there is always an energized and positive person around.
Next to work Philippine enjoys kickboxing, travelling and reading.
