Pieter Schoonraad is a consultant at BlinkLane consulting. He has an educational background in financial management and also completed his masters degree in strategic management at the University of Tilburg. This combination of theory allows him to effectively bridge strategic objectives with measurable value-adding initiatives. Originally from Cape Town South Africa, Pieter was involved in numerous top sport programs where he developed his impressive work ethic, great leadership qualities and his passion for inspiring people.

With his experience as process professional in the energy transition market, Pieter gained first hand experience in the organisational transformation landscape. Here he dealt with topics such as; process optimisation, change management as well as coordinating the implementation of numerous digital transformations. He thrives in changing environments and can perform well under pressure. He is able to think quick on his feet and often uses his entrepreneurial mindset to seek new innovative ways for solving complex business cases.
