Stan Centen

As a Transformation Consultant at BlinkLane Consulting, Stan Centen (1996) guides organizations in their change journey by facilitating transformational processes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering before completing his master’s in Innovation Management at the TU/e. During his study, Stan gained experience in strategic consulting by being part of the Young Advisory Group, thereby becoming familiar with managing an organization through topics like acquisition, financial and strategic objectives, and recruitment.

Stan is a perfectionistic, people-oriented person who emphasizes interaction and collaboration with clients. He is accustomed to performing in multidisciplinary teams and worked in different industries for various companies. With a passion for innovation and a strong emphasis on individual human behavior, Stan aims to help organizations continuously optimize and renew their added value.

In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, cooking, and (analog) photography.
